CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The World of Jute Bags
1. GENERAL
All orders placed through Jüt Çanta Dünyası are processed for production and/or fulfillment upon customer approval. Therefore, order cancellation and return procedures are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they enter the production process.
To cancel an order, the customer must submit a request via the following contact channels within [X hours] of placing the order:

Orders that have entered the production process cannot be canceled.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the products listed below.
4. Circumstances in Which the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply
The following products are not eligible for returns or cancellation:
- Custom-made products
Products featuring printed designs, logos, text, or graphics
Products made to custom dimensions or by special order
Returns are not accepted for printed and custom-made bags produced by Jüt Çanta Dünyası.
5. RETURN POLICY
Products to be returned under the right of withdrawal:
- It must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- It must be complete and undamaged

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
6. DEFECTIVE / FAULTY PRODUCTS
Products may be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:
- Product delivered damaged
- Wrong product shipped
- Manufacturing defect found

7. RETURN PROCESS

During the return process, the customer is responsible for the product’s tracking number.
Once the returned product has been received by us, the inspection process is completed, and a refund will be issued if the product is found to be in good condition.
8. SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs for defective or faulty products are covered by the SELLER
- For returns made under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are covered by [BUYER / SELLER]
9. REFUND OF FEES
