1. Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the product delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products (e.g., custom-designed or custom-printed jute bags).
 

2. Return Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please submit your return request via email to info@jutcantadunyasi.com.
  2. Please include your order number, the names of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
  3. Once your request has been approved, we will send you our return address and detailed instructions.
  4. Please send the product in its original packaging and in its entirety to the provided address.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by our company only in cases where the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

 

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product has been received by us, we will inspect its condition.
  • If the product meets the return criteria, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction and are typically completed within 7–14 business days.
  • No refunds are issued for custom-made or personalized products.
